How Our Guarantee Works
For "Save Your Saturday" (and all future products):
- Listen to the entire audio training program
- Implement the protocol as instructed for at least three consecutive weeks
- If you don't experience meaningful results, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase

To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Purchase directly from Calm Cricket (not through third-party resellers or unauthorized distributors)
- Request your refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
- Have made a good-faith effort to implement the strategies taught in the program

Refund Processing

- We respond to refund requests within 24-48 business hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 2-5 business days
- Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Method:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- If your original payment method is no longer valid, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative
What You Can Keep
When you receive a refund, you may keep all bonus materials and resources as our apology for not meeting your expectations. We only ask that you delete or destroy the main audio program files.
Important Notes
Digital Product Notice: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are discretionary and based on our assessment of good faith implementation. However, we have never denied a legitimate refund request and don't plan to start.
One Refund Per Product: Our guarantee applies once per product, per customer. If you've previously received a refund for a specific product, you are not eligible for another refund on that same product.
Bundle Purchases: If you purchased multiple products as a bundle, your refund will be prorated based on the individual product prices and which products you're returning.
After 30 Days: While our official guarantee is 30 days, we understand that life happens. If you have extenuating circumstances (serious illness, family emergency, etc.) that prevented you from using the product within 30 days, please contact us. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following situations:

- Evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
- Redistribution, sharing, or unauthorized use of our products
- Purchase from unauthorized resellers or third parties
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period without valid extenuating circumstances

Chargebacks
Important: If you dispute a charge with your credit card company (initiate a chargeback) without first contacting us for a refund, you waive your right to the refund guarantee and may be subject to collection efforts for the disputed amount plus administrative fees.
